Travel Snack
I’m on a plane every two weeks, and I can tell you firsthand that the cheese plate can get…lackluster.
The food choice during air travel is not ideal and usually heavily processed and getting food before the flight can either can be a gamble in terms of choice and time.
Packing is really the easiest way to go - I have full control over my options and it’s already packed. I am not keto but like to stay low carb on my snacks - almonds, almond butter, high quality pork rinds (I know, it still sounds insane that this is considered “healthy”), and protein bars. I also tuck individual packs of collagen protein for my coffee or water.
What’s in my bag for this week’s trip to NYC:
*Epic Oven Baked Pork Rinds
*Justin’s Individual Packs of Almond Butter
*F-Factor Protein Bars (these things are PACKED with fiber)
*The New Primal Beef Thins
*Vital Proteins Individual Packs of Collagen Creamer and Collagen Water Flavors
